The crew app

  • Runs on any phone and installs from the browser to the home screen
  • Today's jobs, address, scope of work and job photos
  • Job chat between the crew and the office
  • Time clock with location at clock-in and clock-out
  • No prices for crews: who sees prices and totals is a permission you set per person
  • Weekly timesheets the crew reviews and approves

Builder work

  • Each lot its own job under its builder, with the builder's project manager as the contact
  • Builder price lists
  • Draw splits — one PO paid in stages (for example 1st and 2nd trim)
  • Subdivision specs, so every lot in a community starts from the same spec
